Conversion of 2 Shops into 3 Shops, a Storage Business, and a 2-Bedroom Flat

Our team's versatility and problem-solving skills took centre stage as we project managed from start to finish the transformation of 2 shops into 3 while creating a new storage business in the basement and a comfortable 2-bedroom flat with court yard garden. This project had it’s highs and it’s lows. As with most renovations you just dont know what your find, we had rotten joists and floors, pipes running through ceilings from other properties and a damp basement to contend with.
